All domains registered, renewed, managed, or sold by Unforgettableco.uk are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Unforgettable Domain Name Prices & Availability

​

1. Prices and availability of a domain name advertised on Unforgettable.co.uk are thought to be correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to withdraw from a sale in the event of a genuine pricing error or if a domain name is no longer available to purchase. We will contact you within 48 working hours should your chosen name be unavailable or if there has been a pricing error, and any payment made would be refunded to via your original payment method.

2. Unforgettable.co.uk shall not be liable for any costs or losses sustained or incurred by the customer in the rare event that we withdraw from a sale. We recommend that you contact us to check both availability and price prior to incurring any third-party costs or entering into any contract relating to the purchase of the domain name.

Buy it Now with Dan.com
 

1. Buy it now payments are processed by our payment and escrow partner www.dan.com and are subject to their terms.

​

2. Unforgettable.co.uk will not add any additional charges for using dan.com when a 'Buy it Now' price has been used.

​

3. Dan.com support the following payment options: BACS, SEPA, Visa, MasterCard, iDeal, MisterCash, Sofort, Paypal, AliPay, WeChatPay and Bitcoins. 

​

4. Once dan.com have secured your payment, we proceed to transfer the domain to their registrar, they take full control over the domain and will send you tailored transfer instructions. A dan.com transfer specialists will help you throughout the process and provide support until you’re fully satisfied and have gained complete ownership over a domain.

​

5. Dan.com will only release your payment to Unforgettable.co.uk once they are in receipt and have full control over the domain name.

​

Offers

​

1. All offers placed on a domain name which is offered for sale on the Unforgettable.co.uk are legally binding. If an offer is accepted by Unforgettable.co.uk, the transaction will be referred to our payment and escrow partner www.dan.com and will be subject to their terms.

​

2. Unforgettable.co.uk have the right to accept, reject, or counter any offers received. Offers made by Unforgettable.co.uk are done so on a first come first served basis and can be withdrawn at anytime should the name no longer be available. All offers are valid for a period of 5 working days, we reserve the right to withdraw or review the offer after this time. 

​

3. Unless agreed beforehand, payment will be required within 5 working days from an offer being accepted and any payment or escrow fees, if required, will be incurred by the buyer and will be added to the final sale price.

Lease to Own Agreements

​

1. Lease to own payment plans are provided by our payment provider www.dan.com and are subject to their terms & charges.

​

2. Unforgettable.co.uk will outline all of the options available and any fees which may be incurred prior to an agreement being reached.

​

3. Once the first instalment payment has been made Unforgettable.co.uk will transfer the domain name to dan.com's own registrar which will give the buyer access to the DNS control panel of the domain. The domain will be managed and renewed by Dan.com until the full purchase price is paid for. Once all payments are secured, the actual ownership transfer will occur.

​

4. Buyers should be aware that in the event of a breach of agreement the domain name will be returned to Unforgettable.co.uk, any payments made will be non-refundable and the contract would be terminated.

Rental Agreements

 

1. Rental agreement plans are provided by our payment provider www.dan.com and are subject to their terms & charges.

​

2. Unforgettable.co.uk will outline all of the options available and any fees which may be incurred prior to an agreement being reached.

​

3. The client will be required to provide confirmation of their intended use of the domain name and enter into a minimum term. Unforgettable.co.uk reserve the right to refuse any offer to rent a domain name for any reason and their decision is final.

Domain Registrations

​​

1. Unforgettable domain names are registered and managed in accordance with Nominet's terms and conditions. Unforgettable.co.uk registers and manages .uk domain names through our Accredited Nominet Channel Partner Membership and all registrations are done so in full compliance of their terms. Domain names are subject to availability and a registered or sold on a first come, first served basis.

Your Obligations

1. You agree any domain registered via Unforgettable.co.uk will:

• Not be used unlawfully.

• Not be registered in bad faith, or be considered an abusive registration.

• Not infringe upon the legal rights of any 3rd party.

2. You acknowledge that, whilst we will endeavour to register the domain you have requested, we cannot guarantee the domain name you have requested can be registered even if it is shown as available. We will contact you within 24 hours if your chosen name is unavailable to register or purchase and you will be offered an alternative name or a full refund.

3. As the Registrant, you will accurately provide the following details to us:

• The domain name you wish to acquire or register

• Your name, address, email address, telephone and if applicable full company details.

• Any additional information which may be required to register your desired domain.

• These details are required and processed by the Registry, not by us.

• If you are registering a high value premium domain you may be asked to provide a valid photo ID and proof of address in order to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

4. You will maintain up-to-date contact information for your domains.

5. You acknowledge if the information you provide is incorrect or unreliable then and you fail to update or respond to enquiries from the registrar then this will constitute a breach of these terms and will be the basis of suspension or deletion of your domain without refund or compensation.

Domain Renewal and Expiry

​

For domains managed by Unforgettable.co.uk:

1. A renewal reminder will be sent to your registered email address at least 30 days in advance of the domain expiry date. The domain will only be renewed if you authorise us to do so. You can contact us at any time to renew your domain up to 30 days after the expiry date, this is known as the ‘Expiry" Grace Period. Domain Names renewed within the ‘Expiry" Grace Period are charged at the standard renewal fee charge. It is important that all users ensure that their contact information is correct and up to date as we cannot be held responsible for failure to renew domains due to incorrect or out of date information.​

2. When the ‘Expiry Grace Period’ ends the domain will enter a ‘Redemption" Grace Period for an additional 60 days. Renewal of a domain name in a ‘Redemption Grace Period’ is usually sill possible  but cannot be guaranteed. An additional Recovery Fee on top of the standard renewal fee may apply, you will be informed of any fees prior to the renewal.

3. When the ‘Redemption Grace Period’ ends the domain will enter the ‘Pending Delete’ Grace Period for 5 days. It is not possible to recover a domain once it has entered this stage. Approximately 95 days after the domain expiry date it will be deleted from the registry and will usually become available again for anybody to register on a first come, first served basis.

4. It is possible to set your domain to automatically renew, you can contact us at anytime during the registration period to request this feature.

​​

For domains not managed by Unforgettable.co.uk:

1. You will not receive any renewal reminders from unforgettable.co.uk and you should refer to and rely on your chosen registrars relevant renewal and expiry policies.

​

2. Unforgettable.co.uk can not be held responsible for failure to renew domains held on a different IPS TAG and managed by a different registrar.

​

Domain Charges

1. The charge for registering or renewing a .uk domain name is £7 per year. Updates to personal details and transferring a .uk domain name away from Unforgettable.co.uk to another Nominet registrar will be free of charge. We cannot be held responsible for any charges that you may incur from a third-party registrar during the transfer, as these are beyond our control.

 

2. Unforgettable.co.uk also offer a selection of ‘Unforgettable’ aftermarket domain names. These domain names may be available for sale, for lease, or to rent, and are priced individually upon request.

2. If your issue is relating to a .uk domain, you can also contact Nominet directly www.nominet.uk/complaints  who will be more than happy to help. You can also contact Nominet directly if you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your enquiry or complaint.
